Samata means balance: a centre of gravity that holds while things move around it. For a developer, balance is concrete. It is the weight between what land can bear and what a project asks of it. Between what a business needs to earn and what it owes the place it earns it in. Samata is a registered social enterprise. By law, at least 70% of profit is bound to the mission; no more than 30% returns to owners.
