Samata Development takes each project from concept to completion — design, approvals, sales and delivery. Samata Build manages construction. Parts of Thailand carry real infrastructure strain — water scarcity, unstable power, an ageing grid — and it is sharpest on islands like Koh Phangan. Samata Living looks after completed residences — so an owner can leave, and the home still runs.
